OUR PROCEDURE

INTRODUCTION AND BUDGETING PHASE
First contact, first meeting, taking measurements and estimating costs.
DETAILS- collecting all information needed for the project
- visiting the location (if possible), exchanging and discussing ideas
- taking photos and measurements
- estimating the (total) costs of the project, indicating the range of the price

finalising the drawings/scetches and conceptual solutions

choosing material

if the client brings an existing project we will work out ideas and solutions according to it
- finalising the quote
- by mutual agreement of the plan and the quote there will be a first advance payment (65% of the total price/quote)
- In this phase, in case of cancellation by the client 5% of the final cost of the project will be charged due to initial costs.
- production usually takes 40 to 60 working days
- after the products are delivered at the location, 25% of the total costs will be charged (2nd term)
- installation of the products
- by completion of the project the final 10% of the total costs will be charged (3rd term)
- Changes in the plan on behalf of the client, may result in extra costs.
